As the Construction Managers for the Grant MacEwan Community College Phase III project we had the pleasure of having ARC Interiors as a member of our contracting team.

This project had a very challenging schedule which required top performance from our major sub trades. ARC Interiors performance was exceptional and paved the way to the project being completed ahead of schedule for many phases of the work. Also, the project had an extraordinary amount of changes which required immediate response by ARC Interiors, the effort of Bill Gerrits and his crew was fundamental in allowing the implementation of these changes while not disrupting the schedule. On many occasions Bill's comments were "I'll take care of it", and we always had the confidence that it would get done.

The most impressive performance characteristic of all given the fast track nature of the project was that almost no deficiencies were noted for ARC Interiors scope of work.

It was a pleasure working with ARC Interiors, Bill and his team, and we would welcome the opportunity to have them join out team on future projects.

I am writing to express my satisfaction and confidence with the firm, ARC Interiors Ltd. Delnor Construction Ltd. and ARC Interiors recently worked together to build the Coronary Care Unit in the Misericordia Hospital. This project had an extremely tight construction schedule, because other similar units around the city coordinated their emergency services, staffing and patient operations around our project to insure a smooth transition of Coronary Care to the Misericordia. This project was completed successfully on schedule.

ARC Interior's work was critical for completing this project on schedule. We found their work without fail, to be on time, as specified, and without the need for callbacks. ARC's communication with our office was helpful and prompt. Their pricing for changes to the work was similarly efficient and fair. ARC Interior's site personnel worked well with Delnor's staff and the other sub trades on site.

Delnor Construction Ltd. and ARC Interiors Ltd. have worked together for over 10 years and we most certainly are looking forward to working together on future projects.
