Dear Mr. Ciesielski,

On behalf of PCL-Maxam, A Joint Venture, I would like to commend both you and your construction crew on their performance on the renovation of the Pediatric/Neonatal Intensive Care units at the Walter C. Mackenzie Hospital.

As the project coordinator, I review the daily progress and receive site feedback from the architect, the site foreman and other trades. The perpetually enthusiastic attitude that the foreman Joe Graves brings to the site each and every day should be commended as it creates a highly positive and productive atmosphere. I have also been impressed in my daily inspections and through talking with other trades about the quality of workmanship.

From the management side, your cooperation on job issues and promptness of pricing changes has made the coordination of the job considerably smoother. The hospital renovation is not an easy job to do but we have worked together to produce a solid, high quality facility that we can all be proud of.

Overall, it has been a great pleasure to work with you and your crew during the last year. I hope we will have the opportunity to work together in the future. Once again, thank you on a job well done.
