Our Management Team
Alex Ciesielski - President
Specialties: Turning vision into the implementation of new ideas. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Experience: Thirty+ years in residential framing, general contracting and drywall subcontracting. NAIT graduate of Construction Engineering Technology. Partner at Labbe Interiors Ltd. before commencing ARC Interiors Ltd.
Other Interests: Enjoys rock climbing, biking, camping, travel and anything outdoors.
Bill Gerrits - Field Superintendent
Specialties: Starting jobs and finishing them on time.
Experience: Thirty-five years of experience as a Lather-ISM, tradesman and supervisor.
Other Interests: Family, hockey, golfing and working.
Clay Shalagan - Estimator/Project Manager/Company Safety Officer
Specialties: Strong leadership skills with an ability to easily connect with people. Detail minded and a specialist in all forms of communication.
Experience: Going on eight years of employment with ARC Interiors Ltd., the last five within the office. Began his career as a Lather ISM tradesman and completed year one of the apprenticeship program at NAIT. Has recently received his diploma in Management Studies from Grant MacEwan after attending night classes for a number of years. Previous work experience was in the construction and maintenance of swimming pools.
Other Interests: Camping, fishing, mountain-biking, rollerblading, hockey, football, body-building, food, and the entire construction process.
Greg Depaepe - Estimator/Project Manager
Specialties: Strong mathematical skills coupled with an acute ability to solve problems.
Experience: Graduate of C.E.T. program at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, followed by nearly four years of estimating large-scale construction projects for a general contractor.
Other Interests: Hockey, auto racing, travelling, photography, computers/video games
Rochelle Wilson - Administration
Specialties: Bookkeeping and Administration
Experience: Although Rochelle works for ARC Interiors Ltd. part-time, she is very popular on paydays! She also keeps busy job costing, collecting receivables and reconciling payables with the help of QuickBooks Pro and Excel.
Other Interests: Contract bookkeeping for her other clients, reading, gardening, biking, volunteering and spending lots of time at her cottage feeding the birds and squirrels. A recent home renovation project gave Rochelle first-hand experience at hiring sub-trades and meeting deadlines.
